One page plan
Before any invoice you get a one-page plan: goal, scope, dates and who does what.

One change window
Each phase has one consolidated round of feedback. A second round is billed at the day rate.

A finish date in ink
The last line of every quote is the date we will finish. Petra writes it in pen.
