How the senate votes
Three rules we never bend.
I
The maker decides
Whoever does the work has the casting vote on how it is done. Others can advise but not overrule.
II
Disagree in the room
We argue in the meeting, not afterwards. Once a decision is made, everyone carries it out.
III
Leave it better
Every file, doc and codebase is left tidier than we found it, whether or not anyone will notice.
Join the senate
We hire slowly, twice a year.
Next openings: a senior front-end developer and a motion designer, both in Turin or remote within Europe. Send a messenger with three things you have made and one you are proud of.
