The brief
Arena Nights sells 12,000 tickets in one morning. The old checkout took six steps, and every year some fans lost their seats when the connection dropped.
What we built
Seat picking, payment and confirmation are now one screen. Your seats are held for eight minutes, and the countdown is printed in plain numbers, not a spinning wheel.
If the signal drops, the flow saves your place and resumes when you are back, and the confirmation email arrives in under ten seconds.
The result
Average checkout time fell to 48 seconds, and the 2026 sale finished with no support tickets about lost seats.
