Rotonda Architects

The brief

Rotonda designs libraries, schools and civic halls. Their old site was a grid of thumbnails with no story. They wanted visitors to feel the light in the rooms.

What we built

Each project opens as a single full-bleed photograph with a caption written by the architect who led it. Plans, sections and a short film sit below in that order.

The CMS has one field for each thing a visitor might ask: budget, floor area, materials and what the client said at handover.

The result

Enquiries doubled in six months, and three of the four were from public bodies that had never written to the studio before.
