Days, not hours

We estimate in whole days for named people, add a fixed margin for the unexpected and share the sheet with the client. If you spot a day that does not belong, tell us.

One change window

Each phase includes one round of consolidated feedback. A second round is billed at the same day rate, which sounds harsh but keeps everyone’s feedback sharper.

The last line of every quote is the date we will finish, and Petra writes it in pen.
